Job summary

Tidal Wave Auto Spa is seeking an Assistant Manager to help lead a 10-15 member team in a fast-paced, outdoor car wash environment. You will support daily operations, ensure guest satisfaction, and assist with training and equipment checks.

The role offers growth into higher management with opportunities for advancement and a strong benefits program. Schedule includes 35–45 hours weekly with competitive hourly pay and potential weekly commissions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leadership experience required.
• Quick problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Mechanical inclination and experience preferred.
• Ability to be on your feet for long hours.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Drug screen and background check required per state guidelines.
