Tidal Wave Auto Spa seeks an Assistant Manager in Athens, TN to lead a 10–15 person team, deliver exceptional guest service, and uphold a safe, efficient car wash operation. You’ll drive daily performance, assist with admin tasks, and mentor staff on front-line service and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leadership experience.
• Quick problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Mechanical inclination and experience preferred.
• Ability to be on your feet for long hours.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Drug screen and background check required per state guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist in leading a small team of 10-15 employees, promoting teamwork and safety.
• Provide an exceptional guest experience through quality and friendly service.
• Assist in limited admin work and quick checks on equipment.
• Help train and develop employees at every position.
• Maintain a clean, organized facility and equipment areas.
