Tidal Wave Auto Spa is seeking an Assistant Manager to help lead our team and ensure exceptional guest service at our Tennessee location. You will work hands-on with a 10–15 person team on a fast-paced, outdoor site, balancing operations with guest experience and safety requirements.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of leadership and a willingness to grow into higher management roles, with the ability to work evenings/weekends and handle administrative duties as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leadership experience
• Ability to lead a 10–15 person team
• Willingness to work outdoors and in varying weather
• Valid driver’s license per state guidelines
