Job summary

Sonic Drive-In Canton, MS is hiring immediately for an Assistant Manager to lead our drive-in team and uphold Sonic standards.

You’ll supervise front-line staff, oversee shift operations, manage guest experience, and help with scheduling, training, and performance coaching in a fast-paced environment. Flexible hours, weekends, and holidays required; prior QSR or retail management is preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to work irregular hours, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Experience in restaurant management (QSR) or retail management.
• Strong communication, basic math and computer skills.
• Ability to multi-task and solve problems.
• Willingness to abide by appearance, uniform and hygiene standards at SONIC.
