Tidal Wave Auto Spa is hiring an Assistant Manager to lead a small team and uphold exceptional guest service in a fast-paced outdoor environment. You will assist with daily operations, training, and maintenance while driving quality, safety, and efficiency on site.

The position offers growth into higher management, competitive hourly pay, and weekly commission opportunities. Flexibility with evenings and weekends is required to support store needs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leadership experience required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Mechanical inclination and experience preferred.
• Ability to be on your feet for long hours at a time.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Drug screen and background check required per state guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist in leading a small team of 10-15 employees, creating a culture that emphasizes teamwork and fun.
• Fast paced and structured work environment.
• Provide an exceptional guest experience through quality and friendly service.
• Assist in limited admin work and quick checks on equipment.
• Assist in the training and developing employees at every position.
• Maintain a clean and organized facility, landscaping, and equipment rooms.
