Job summary

Great Big Game Show in Birmingham, AL, is hiring for an Assistant Manager in Training. The role starts as Assistant Manager in Training, with 35–40 hours per week during training and 40–45 hours after full sign-off. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Leadership experience (6 months or more preferred).
• Fully embody GBGS mission, vision and values.
• Align with Assistant Manager schedule, flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays.
• GBGS must be your sole employer during your time as Assistant Manager.

Responsibilities

• Exceed guest expectations through hospitality and guest care.
• Uphold training and operational standards for games, hosting and front-of-house.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization and overall store presentation.
• Work 35–40 hours during training, then 40–45 hours after full sign-off.
• Lead and coach team members; act as GBGS brand ambassador.
• Track and report basic operational data and contribute to weekly communications.
