You will analyze daily sales data, control labor and inventory costs, ensure banking, safety, and legal compliance, and assign daily tasks to keep the store clean,

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Ability to effectively motivate others.
• Must be able to stand, bend, and walk for long periods.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds.
• Reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• This position has a required 5-week manager-training course with performance metrics.
• Maintain store staff by interviewing, hiring, and developing employees.
• Create a positive, respectful environment for employees and customers.
• Meet self-performance metrics and help develop employees to meet their metrics.
