Job summary

Palm Beach Tan is seeking a store manager to lead our team and uphold exceptional customer service at our Myrtle Beach location. The role begins with a five-week manager-training course that includes clear performance metrics.

You will interview, hire, and develop staff while ensuring a positive, respectful environment for customers and employees. As a manager you will analyze daily sales to maximize revenue, manage expenses, and ensure compliance with banking, safety, operations and legal

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Ability to effectively motivate others.
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Complete a 5-week manager-training course with performance metrics.
• Maintain store staff by interviewing, hiring, and developing employees.
• Create a positive, respectful environment for employees and customers.
• Meet self-performance metrics and help develop employees to meet their metrics.
• Analyze daily sales information to maximize sales.
• Meet banking, safety, operations and legal requirements.
• Control expenses: labor, inventory and maintenance.
• Assign, manage, and follow up on daily tasks to keep store clean, stocked and organized.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues.
