Job summary

Gas-N-Wash LLC is seeking a Store Supervisor to assist the Store Manager in daily operations, supervise a team, and ensure top-notch customer service at our Illinois locations.

The role requires 3+ years in customer service supervision, strong leadership, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required for training and business travel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years customer service supervisory experience (retail experience preferred).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in daily store operations and overall performance.
• Supervise, train, and motivate team members.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns.
• Oversee cash handling, register operations, and shift reconciliation.
• Promote and drive enrollment in the Gas N Wash rewards/loyalty program.
• Ensure store cleanliness, organization, and compliance with company standards.
• Assist with inventory management, ordering, and stock control.
• Enforce company policies and safety procedures.
• Ensures that all necessary store reports and paperwork are completed accurately.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures.
• Handles escalated customer concerns and emergencies in absence of the General Manager.
