Job summary

Mike's Carwash is seeking an Assistant Manager in Training to work with the General Manager to lead and develop the Associates and Shift Managers at their location while providing an outstanding experience for all customers. The Assistant Manager will inspire teams to meet our Purpose and deliver on the Team Member Promise, and run the location in the General Manager's absence.

Qualifications

• Two years of retail/service industry management experience or equivalent leadership experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Execute Mike’s Purpose and deliver on our Team Member Promise.
• Customer Satisfaction by ensuring wash quality, staffing, and handling complaints.
• Operations Management to meet Mike’s Carwash standards and manage costs and staffing.
• Associate and Management Development through training, coaching, and performance reviews.
• Property and Equipment Maintenance supporting location upkeep and repairs.
• Personal Development through participation in a management training program.
• Complying with all company policies and procedures.
• Completing all other duties as assigned.
