• Ensure customer satisfaction through wash quality, staffing, and handling complaints.
• Manage location operations to meet Mike’s Carwash standards; assist GM with goals.
• Participate in hiring and training; lead ongoing team development, performance check-ins.
• Oversee maintenance and repairs; keep facilities clean and functional.
• Engage in structured management training and pursue skill development.
• Adhere to all company policies and perform other duties as assigned.
