Job summary

Mike's Carwash is seeking an Assistant Manager in Training to work with the General Manager to lead and develop the Associates and Shift Managers, while delivering an outstanding customer experience. You will model exemplary behavior and help maximize location profitability, with the ability to run the location in the GM's absence.

Starting pay at $22 per hour with incentives, and a commitment to internal promotion, comprehensive training, and growth opportunities within a fast-growing company.

Qualifications

• Two years of retail/service industry management experience or equivalent leadership experience required.
• We promote from within for top levels of management and focus on internal promotions for many other positions.

Responsibilities

• Execute the Mike’s Purpose and deliver on our Team Member Promise.
• Customer Satisfaction: maintain wash quality, staffing, and handle customer complaints professionally.
• Operations Management: ensure location meets Mike’s Carwash standards and assist GM with goals, costs, and inventory.
• Associate and Management Development: assist in hiring, orientation, training, and ongoing coaching.
