Role Overview

The Assistant Selling Manager collaborates with sales leadership to develop the team and promote products through excellent guest experiences. Key responsibilities include driving sales, supporting team development, and ensuring operational excellence.

Essential Functions

1. Promote and sell merchandise, accessories, and services
2. Meet or exceed sales quotas
3. Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction
4. Engage with guests and team members on the showroom floor
5. Assist in recruiting and training team members
6. Support scheduling, motivation, and development of the sales team
7. Oversee store opening and closing procedures
8. Take managerial responsibilities in absence of managers
9. Support onboarding and training of new team members

Requirements

Schedule: Minimum 40 hours/week, including weekends; increased hours during holidays or special periods. Attendance at the assigned store is essential.
