Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of experience in retail or similar roles.
• Detail-oriented with strong execution of store operations.
• Ability to think critically to deliver absolute execution of tasks.

Responsibilities

• Utilize all company tools to deliver sales plans and develop associates.
• Provide coaching to associates to support growth and create an inspiring work environment.
• Recruit and interview talent in partnership with store management.
• Spends majority of time on the sales floor.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships and brand standards.
• Ensure merchandising and store policies are executed consistently.
• Stay current on product knowledge through learning tools.
