Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores is seeking a dedicated store associate to support daily store operations, assist customers, and maintain clean, well-stocked aisles. You will help with merchandise organization, transfers from truck to stockroom, and ensure seasonal areas are well presented.

Responsibilities include opening/closing procedures, following corporate directives, and supporting the Store Manager in supervising associates while maintaining a safe, courteous store environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to read, interpret, and explain operational directives.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day store activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address any questions or concerns they may have.
• Help organize, and transfer merchandise from delivery truck to stockroom to sales floor and maintain seasonal areas.
