Job summary

Sunglass Hut in the United States is seeking an Assistant Manager II to lead daily store operations, coach a team of associates, and ensure exceptional customer service on the sales floor. This role partners with the Store/Multi Store Manager to drive sales, merchandising, and talent acquisition in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will develop staff, maintain brand standards, and utilize company tools to improve performance and store profitability while delivering a memorable customer

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of experience in retail or customer service.
• Demonstrates expertise in every aspect of store operation.
• Detail-oriented with strong execution capabilities.
• Uses critical thinking to deliver absolute execution of store operations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales plan and develop associates to achieve company objectives.
• Use reporting tools to identify performance gaps and capitalize on successes.
• Provide ongoing coaching to associates and create an inspirational work environment.
• Recruit and interview talent in partnership with the Store/Multi Store Manager.
• Pursue self-development as defined in an individual development plan.
• Spend majority of time on the sales floor.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships with company tools.
• Maintain brand standards across the store.
