Job summary

Palm Beach Tan in Fort Collins, CO is seeking a store supervisor to lead staff and deliver exceptional customer service in a wellness-focused environment.

The role includes a required 5-week manager-training course, performance metrics, and daily sales analysis to optimize results. Starting pay is $18 per hour plus commission, with benefits and advancement opportunities. A high school diploma or equivalent and 1 year of supervisory experience are required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Ability to effectively motivate others.
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Reliable transportation.
