A tanning and wellness company in Towson is seeking a dedicated individual for a supervisory role. Candidates must have at least 1 year of supervisory experience and be able to lift up to 25 pounds. Responsibilities include managing store staff, providing exceptional customer service, and meeting performance metrics. The position offers starting pay of $16.00 plus commission, with opportunities for advancement and a positive working environment. Immediate positions available.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Ability to effectively motivate others.
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues.
