Qualifications

• Previous leadership or supervisory experience, ideally in food service or retail.
• Clear, confident communication skills and the ability to solve problems in real time.
• Reliable, positive, and accountable attitude, especially when the shop is busy.
• A genuine desire to grow, take on more responsibility, and help others develop their skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support scoopers and shift leads during busy shifts and slow times alike.
• Oversee daily operations, including cash handling, inventory checks, scheduling support, and opening/closing routines.
• Set the standard for friendly, memorable guest service and train others to deliver the same level of care.
• Help your team grow by giving feedback, recognizing wins, and building a positive, accountable culture.
• Support shop goals and community events that build loyalty and drive traffic.
