You will supervise team members, assign tasks, oversee cash control, and deliver the highest quality food with exceptional hospitality.

You will train Team Members under the General Manager, support operations, help run daily activities, and develop staff while ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervising Team Members and Shift Leaders while maintaining quality, service, and cleanliness with profitability focus.
• Coordinating staff training with team trainers.
• Maintain cooperative working relationships with management and team members.
• Handle HR issues including disciplinary write-ups.
• Conduct weekly team meetings about operations and promotions.
• Conduct weekly inventories.
• Control payroll to meet labor costs standards.
• Control inventory to meet GAP standards.
