Job summary

Chuck E. Cheese is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a high-energy team at our Hampton, VA location. You will oversee daily operations, scheduling, and guest service to ensure every guest leaves happy.

You will drive sales by coaching staff, managing costs, and maintaining a safe, clean environment across AOIs such as Kitchen, Sales, Showroom, and Gameroom. If you have at least one year of people management, join our family-friendly team.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work 40 hours a week.
• Minimum of one year of experience managing people, preferably in food service.
• Must have a high-school diploma or GED or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Make daily decisions that involve time management, staff scheduling, cleanliness and upholding product and guest service standards.
• Build sales and maximize profits by effectively recruiting, training, developing and motivating your team to meet company and guest expectations.
• Coach and inspire the team to deliver outstanding guest service and ensure a safe, clean, and run environment.
• Understand cost control procedures, inventory, financials, and labor management.
• Take ownership of an Area of Impact (AOI) in one of four areas and rotate through The Kitchen, Sales, Showroom, and Gameroom.
