Qualifications

• Able to clearly express oneself verbally and in writing (English).
• Math and financial management.
• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience.
• At least 18 years of age (where applicable).
• High school diploma (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Promote a team environment by coaching, recognizing achievements and training team members as directed by the Restaurant Manager.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining brand standards, supervising staff, and upholding cleanliness and service quality.
• Drive sales and profitability by executing restaurant standards, managing labor and costs, and enforcing safety and policies.
