Tailwind Concessions is hiring an Assistant Manager to support daily restaurant operations in Allentown, PA. You will work closely with the GM to lead a team, supervise food preparation, maintain safety standards, and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Must have management experience in Food and Beverage.
• Strong kitchen and grill experience.
• Pass background check required.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a rock star team with the GM to drive daily operations.
• Ensure staff are trained and equipped to perform duties.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment in compliance with health/safety regulations.
• Assist in scheduling staff in work assignments.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and promptly.
• Monitor and ensure food quality and service standards are met.
• Verify temperatures, appearance and taste of products; oversee preparation methods for quality.
• Ensure safe, legal serving of all alcoholic beverages.
• Maintain equipment per restaurant safety and preventive maintenance program.
• Manage inventory: calculate stock levels, order supplies and stock accordingly.
