Job summary

Tailwind Concessions in Portland, ME is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to support daily operations, oversee staff, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. You will partner with the General Manager to manage inventory, train teams, and maintain a clean, safe work environment compliant with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Background in Food & Beverage management required.
• Strong kitchen and grill experience preferred.
• Proven ability to lead a team and train staff.
• Excellent physical stamina for standing and lifting.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the GM to lead a rock star team.
• Ensure staff are trained and equipped to perform duties.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment complying with health regulations.
• Assist in scheduling staff and daily assignments.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
• Monitor food quality and service standards.
