You will analyze daily sales, meet banking and safety requirements, and manage expenses to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Ability to motivate others and build a positive team environment.
• Able to stand, bend and walk for long periods of time.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
• Reliable transportation and availability to work required shifts.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and personnel; train and develop staff.
• Interview, hire and coach employees to meet standards.
• Foster a positive, respectful work environment for staff and customers.
• Achieve self-set performance metrics and help staff meet theirs.
• Analyze daily sales to maximize revenue and efficiency.
• Ensure banking, safety, operational and legal requirements are met.
• Control labor, inventory and maintenance costs.
• Assign and monitor daily tasks to keep store clean and organized.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues.
