Responsibilities

• Hire, interview, and develop store staff.
• Create a positive, respectful environment for employees and customers.
• Meet performance metrics and help staff meet their metrics.
• Analyze daily sales information to maximize sales.
• Meet banking, safety, operations and legal requirements.
• Control expenses: labor, inventory and maintenance.
• Assign, manage and follow up on daily tasks to keep store organized.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues.
