The Olympus Property team is seeking an Assistant Manager for The Overlook at Quarry Hill in Austin, TX. You will support residents, manage daily operations, and help maintain financial records while fostering a collaborative, service-oriented environment.

Ideal candidates have onsite apartment experience, are detail-oriented, and can assist with leasing when needed. This role may require after-hours events and flexible scheduling.

Formación

• Onsite experience at an apartment community as an Assistant Manager or cross-trained Leasing Consultant.
• Experience with RealPage/Knock/Onesite software strongly preferred.
• Ability to manage office operations and resident files with confidentiality.

Responsabilidades

• Support residents and manage business operations.
• Maintain accurate financial records and deposit receipts daily.
• Assist Leasing team with apartment showings and resident retention activities.
