Kneaders Bakery & Cafe is seeking a talented Hourly Assistant Manager for a full- or part-time role. You will lead a team delivering from-scratch baked goods, soups, salads, and sandwiches, while upholding quality and service standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of fast paced restaurant/retail leadership experience.
• Attentiveness to compliance with local, state, & federal regulations for food handler & sanitation standards
• Experience with meeting operational goals, & thinking beyond what has already been done to create a better experience for teams & customers
• Requires continuous standing and walking throughout the shift, with limited opportunities for sitting. Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation is required
• Must be able to lift and carry heavy equipment, ingredients, and supplies
• You must be at least 18 years of age to be qualified for this position
