Qualifications

• 1+ year of fast paced restaurant/retail leadership experience.
• Attentiveness to compliance with local, state, & federal regulations for food handler & sanitation standards.
• Experience with meeting operational goals, & thinking beyond what has already been done to create a better experience for teams & customers.
• Requires continuous standing and walking throughout the shift.
• Must be able to lift and carry heavy equipment, ingredients, and supplies.
• You must be at least 18 years of age to be qualified for this position.

Responsibilities

• Lead a dynamic team to offer from-scratch baked bread, pastries, soups, salads, and sandwiches.
• Ensure food quality and exemplary customer service aligned with Kneaders’ standards.
• Oversee scheduling, inventory, and daily operations to maintain smooth service.
