Qualifications

• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda Express store to meet financial goals and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Hire, manage, and direct associates to drive performance and service.
• Participate in leadership training and ongoing development to prepare for advancement.
