Job summary

Burger King is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team and lead daily operations with a hands-on, customer-focused approach. You will partner with the Restaurant General Manager to drive performance, coach staff, and ensure quality, service, cleanliness, and safety at all times.

You will balance people development with operational discipline while contributing to sales growth, labor efficiency, and guest satisfaction scores across shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–2 years of leadership experience in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and supervise team members to ensure fast, friendly service.
• Coach and develop Shift Coordinators and Team Members to build skills.
• Maintain brand standards and operational discipline to drive guest satisfaction and safety.
• Monitor inventory and cash controls to support profitability.
