Burger King is seeking an Assistant Manager to partner with the Restaurant General Manager to drive performance, guest satisfaction, and financial results in a fast-paced restaurant setting. You’ll lead shifts, coach team members, uphold quality and safety standards, and model hands-on leadership while focusing on growth, teamwork, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–2 years of leadership experience in restaurants, retail, or other fast-paced environments.

• Commitment to guest experience, BK® standards, and ongoing learning and growth.

Responsibilities
