Qualifications

• Open Availability: weekends, holidays and second/third shifts.
• Reliable with English communication and basic math.
• Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Minimum age 18 and valid driver’s license when required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with day-to-day operations.
• Run the register and help customers with speed and courtesy.
• Coach and motivate the team to upsell products and promotions.
• Help hire, train, and lead a high-performing team.
• Step in as acting manager when needed.
• Handle inventory, ordering and merchandising.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming store environment including pumps.
• Create and manage team schedules for full coverage.
• Perform daily cash handling and deposits.
• Provide leadership to motivate the team to excel.
