Burger King® Assistant Manager in Shreveport partners with the Restaurant General Manager to drive restaurant performance and develop high‑performing teams. You will lead shifts, coach team members, and uphold standards for quality, service, cleanliness, and safety while supporting sales growth and labor efficiency.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–2 years of leadership experience in restaurants, retail, or other fast-paced environments.
• People-first mindset with strong communication and team motivation skills.
• Ability to solve problems and make confident, timely decisions.
• Commitment to guest experience, BK standards, and ongoing learning and growth.

Responsibilities

• Create great guest experiences by serving guests and energizing the team to deliver fast, friendly service.
• Develop and support your people by coaching Shift Coordinators and Team Members to build skills.
• Lead operations by maintaining BK brand standards and removing roadblocks with hands-on leadership.
• Support profitability by monitoring inventory, managing orders and assets, and ensuring cash control and safety protocols.
