Tillys seeks an Assistant Manager to lead daily store operations in a fast-paced retail environment. You will work with the Store Management Team to ensure every Customer receives an amazing Tillys Experience, modeling service and selling behaviors.

You will hire, train and develop a strong team of Associates, drive store performance, and maintain a welcoming, energetic store atmosphere through effective leadership and clear communication.

Qualifications
