Job summary

Tillys in Arkansas is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our store team. You will work with the Store Management Team to ensure that every Customer receives an amazing Tillys Experience, modeling exemplary service and selling behaviors.

You will be responsible for hiring, training and developing a strong team of Associates, ensuring smooth store operations, creating a great store environment and delivering the latest fashion and gear to our customers.
