Job summary

World Market in Georgia is seeking an Assistant Manager: Freight Flow to lead store logistics, drive sales, and uphold our customer-first culture. You will partner with the Store Manager to develop a high-performing team and execute daily priorities.

The role requires at least 2+ years of leadership in fast-paced retail, strong communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills. You must be flexible to work nights, weekends and holidays, stand for long periods, and maintain safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of leadership experience in a fast-paced specialty retail setting.
• Strong communication and coaching skills with the ability to de‑escalate situations.
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and execute daily tasks with a sense of urgency.
• Commitment to customer service, safety, and loss prevention in a retail environment.

Responsibilities
