What You’ll Do

• Partner with the Store Manager to model and lead a customer-first selling culture.
• Analyze business trends using reports to identify opportunities and take action.
• Foster the culture and values of World Market.
• Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performance, customer-focused team.
• Support a safe work environment through ongoing safety training and awareness.
• Support daily business tasks and duties, especially in the absence of the Store Manager.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities of Freight Flow

• Manage store logistics supporting company initiatives and productivity goals.
• Ensure team adherence to logistics processes, visual standards, and routines using all company tools.
• Manage the publication calendar and delivery schedule for logistics workload planning.
• Maintain stockroom standards for efficiency and safety.

What You’ll Bring

• Leadership skills including customer experience, urgency, attention to detail, problem-solving, decision-making, delegation, and execution of priorities.
• At least 2+ years of relevant leadership experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Flexibility to work nights and weekends as needed.
• Minimum age of 21 years.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
