Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is hiring a Store Supervisor in Freehold, NJ. You will supervise the sales floor and stockroom, oversee staffing and payroll, and train non-management staff to deliver exceptional customer service and strong sales performance.

You will maintain brand standards, lead by example, drive omni-channel orders, and protect store assets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
• Strong customer focus and communication skills.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends and brand awareness.

Responsibilities

• Openings and closings; supervise sales floor and stockroom; ensure excellent customer service and seamless operations.
• Handle staffing, scheduling and payroll management.
• Train and develop non-management staff; coach others; drive sales and product knowledge.
• Maintain visual displays and protect store assets; conduct inventory control.
• Operate POS systems and fulfill OMNI Channel orders.
