Abercrombie & Fitch Co. in Danbury, CT invites applications for a supervisory role. You will open/close the store, oversee sales floor and stockroom, and manage staffing, payroll and development of team members.

You will maintain brand standards, drive sales through product knowledge and visual merchandising while performing data-driven decisions and ensuring protection of assets in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or at least one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
• Maintain a strong customer focus and professional service standards.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends and brand positioning.
