The position offers a competitive hourly rate ($16.50-$17.00) with an annualized salary of about $48,000-$50,000 and bi-weekly bonus eligibility. Minimum 21 years old with a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Retail management experience required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have valid Driver License.

Responsibilities

• Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members.
• Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
• Oversee the daily operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market and fountain sales.
• Monitor inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness.
• Ensure Braum's store policies and practices are followed.
