Braum's is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily food service operations and guest experience at our Broken Arrow location. You will coach the team, oversee store activities, manage inventory and ensure policy compliance while driving sales.

The role requires 2 years of retail management experience, a valid driver's license, and a commitment to safety and quality. You will work a 2:00 pm - close shift with a 45-hour week and participate in a top-tier bonus program.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members.
• Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
• Oversee the daily operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market and fountain sales.
• Monitor inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed.
• Ensure Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed.
