Braum's Inc. Canyon, TX is hiring an Assistant Manager to lead store crew, ensure food quality and customer satisfaction, and drive sales. The role requires 2 years of experience, a valid driver license, and a commitment to Braum's brand values.

Compensation is $16.50–$17.00 per hour, about $44k–$47.5k annually, with excellent benefits and bi-weekly bonus. Schedule rotates with about 45 hours per week and reports to the Store Manager.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members.
• Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
• Oversee daily operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market and fountain sales.
• Monitor inventory, equipment, safety and cleanliness.
• Ensure store policies and practices are followed.
