Braum's is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead and develop the store crew, drive sales, and oversee daily food service operations in Greenwood, AR. This role emphasizes training, customer focus and adherence to Braum's standards to deliver a great customer experience.

The position includes a rotating three-week schedule with about 45 hours per week, bi-weekly bonus opportunities, and comprehensive benefits. Compensation ranges from $46,000 to $47,500 annually.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have valid Driver License.
• High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
• Retail Management experience.

Responsibilities

• Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members.
• Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
• Oversee the daily operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market and fountain sales.
• Actively participate in monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed.
• Share in responsibility for ensuring that Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly.
