The role reports to the Store Manager, requires at least 2 years of retail/food service management, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver's license. You will lead, train, and evaluate team performance while ensuring policy compliance and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Retail Management experience required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have a valid Driver License.

Responsibilities

• Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members.
• Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
• Oversee the daily operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market and fountain sales.
• Monitor inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed.
• Ensure Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed.
