Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Willing and able to work nights and weekends.
• Serv-Safe/State Food Service Certification preferred.
• Previous restaurant shift lead experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise shifts and/or work areas to ensure quality products and customer service.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, programs and systems; follow federal, state and local laws.
• Maintain product quality, customer service and performance standards (food/labor costs, cleanliness, etc.).
• Contribute to profit goals by managing cash and inventory according to company guidelines.
