HAZA Foods, operating Wendy’s restaurants, is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead a high-volume team in Strongsville, OH. You will support the General Manager, oversee daily operations, schedule staff, hire and train new team members, and maintain quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Min 1 year Assistant Manager experience (high volume food service concepts preferred)
• HS diploma or equiv; pass background check
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Willingness to work long hours, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to lead and develop a team in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in managing daily restaurant operations
• Oversee day-to-day financial controls and staff scheduling
• Interview, hire, train and orientate team members
• Coach, counsel and develop staff; manage team relations
• Ensure proper food handling, equipment maintenance and facility management
• Maintain health and safety inspections and standards
• Set the tone for a fun, family environment in the restaurant
