Wendy's in Maple Heights, OH is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead a high-volume restaurant team. You will support the General Manager, coach staff, and drive sales and operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Min 1 year Assistant Manager experience in high-volume food service concepts preferred.
• Flexibility to work 50–55 hours per week, rotating shifts (including weekends/holidays).
• Valid driver's license in good standing and access to private transportation.
• Consent to background screening.
• Able to walk/stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills, customer service oriented.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations under the General Manager.
• Maintain day-to-day financial controls.
• Create and manage staff schedules.
• Interview, hire, train and orientate team.
• Coach, counsel and develop staff and manage team relations.
• Ensure proper food handling, equipment maintenance and facility management.
• Ensure health and safety inspections and standards are met.
• Set the tone for a fun, family environment in the restaurant.
