Qualifications

• Min 1 year Assistant Manager experience in a high-volume restaurant is preferred.
• Flexibility to work 50-55 hours per week, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Consent to background screening.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Maintain health and safety standards and manage daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant daily operations under GM guidance.
• Maintain day-to-day financial controls.
• Create and manage staff schedules.
• Interview, hire, train and orient new team members.
• Coach, counsel and develop staff and manage team relations.
• Ensure proper food handling, equipment maintenance and safety standards.
