Border Foods LLC in Whitehall Township, MI, seeks an Assistant Manager to reinforce Border Foods’ CORE values and lead a restaurant team toward safe, friendly service and great food.

You will oversee the operation of the entire restaurant, coach staff, manage scheduling, and drive guest experience while upholding Accountability, Integrity, Family, Excellence, Teamwork and Empowerment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of restaurant or retail experience.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
• Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Non-exempt management position; minimum 50 hours per week.
• ServeSafe Certified.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities
